I can’t say enough amazing things about this dealership. When I was 16 years old I purchased my first 2015 ATS Cadillac from Gary. He showed me that day the value and meaning of owning a Cadillac and how to properly care for one. I worked so hard for that car, I listened to every piece of advice that he gave me! A few years later we had a Hurricane and my car was totalled out. The next week I went back to this same dealership and Iriam helped me purchased my next Cadillac a 2015 ATS but it was all grey. Iriam made sure that I was able to leave to comfortable and happy continuing my destiny with Cadillac. In 2023 I was able to reach my goal and trade my Car in for a 2017 Cadillac Escalade. Of course the world works in mysterious ways and here I am in 2026, And I have found myself back at the Cadillac dealership. My situation this time is a little bit different, Normally every time I come to the dealership, my dad has came with me and made sure everything was all squared away. As I return now, My dad had passed away a few months ago, So I was very nervous to come this time on my own. I was introduced to Matthew who has never met me and has never known that I’ve been to this Dealership several times before. Matthew got to know me as a person first and what has brought me to the dealership today. I cannot say enough amazing things about Matthew. Matthew went above and beyond for me. He made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way being there this time without my dad And he was very open and upfront about everything. He made sure to assure me every step of the way that I was gonna be able to leave with a vehicle that day that I wanted and be all set.
