Luis is one the best salesperson I have ever had the courtesy to work with. I told him what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay snd this man was able to get me the best deal possible. Not many salesmen at a dealership can deliver like he did. And then he even delivered the color to me as I live in san antonio. I was abke tonconoelte everything online and didnt even have to step foot in the facility. We communicated efficiently thru text and phone and sealed the deal within 12 hours. It was super smooth and I got the best deal ever on any car I have ever bought at a dealership. He def got me a better deal then I thought and got me way more for my trade in then anybody else local or in the state. If u have to work with someone at big Cadillac this is the man u want working with you. He goes above and beyond to make sure u leave happy and with what u want.
