These days, going to used/pre-owned car dealerships can feel arduous and unnecessary for some of us; however, I can truly say that the process at Big Star Cadillac was one of the smoothest and fastest (minus the inevitable waiting that happens at dealerships) that I’ve ever had! Casandra and Blanca were excellent advisors with personalities that really stood out and made me pleased to buy in-person. The GS Manager even personally introduced himself to answer very specific questions about the vehicle about which he had intimate knowledge. Definitely one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had in my life!

Easiest car purchase I’ve ever had. Blown away by how good the buying experience was at Big Star. “Hey I need a car but I don’t want to spend my Saturday at the dealership with my 5 kids.” No problem - Wiem was my salesperson. She sent the car to my house (30min away) for a test drive. She matched ANY other Cadillac dealership on price. Then she had the car delivered with an hourlong tour of all the features. I can’t imagine an easier car purchase. Deyme did a great job with drop off and walk through. Super happy.

Bought a Escalade iq 3rd Cadillac purchase from the same dealership this one was purchased June 30th to be exact, mark mauricio like always exceptional but I always want the best deal so here comes “ Steve sons “ the boss man went above and beyond and got me the impossible deal shook hands all golden vehicle had minor issue / software update service got it handled all good fast forward I run into another issue I reached service and got an appointment it did my eye brows vehicle having another problem I don’t know why I decide to reach STEVE via text to run it by him on what’s happening and asked for advice he calls me after business hours from his cell spends 27 min making sure i got nothing to worry about he said he will do whatever it takes to make sure i am satisfied i dont even write reviews but this one deserves it now yes the vehicle does have an issue but the way it got handled i have no doubt that i will be taken care of with the least inconvenience “ customer retention “ at its finest i am not going anywhere forever thank you again “ Steve Son “ and BIG STAR CADILLAC
