Overall, I'm happy with my new car purchase. However, I was disappointed to learn that the vehicle no longer comes with an owner's manual. I was also told that someone would go over the new features with me, but that never happened. As a result, I still don't know how to use many of the features. I believe taking the time to explain the vehicle or providing a printed or digital guide would greatly improve the customer experience. Honestly I love this dealership, this is the first time I’ve ever taken my car to a dealership and I love it and the perks of getting a loaner and just great communication! I go to Daniel however, lately I feel like I just feel very dismissed from him. We used to chat all the time but last time I came in, I couldn’t even get a single hello when he is the one I felt most comfortable to go to since he was the person I met first.
Matthew was super helpful and worked to get me the best deal for my Tahoe trade in and new 26 Escalade. He also helped coordinate my tuxedo roof wrap and wheels upgrade. Everything went super smooth. I had much better experience at Big Star than when I went to Sewell.
